I thought I would post about this “ebook” I found from the the Click Consultants Affiliate Forum from “saadahmed007“. From the past year or so with wanting to get into the info marketing industry, this site pretty much sums up what I think about it. This was just a good laugh at the “guru” IM hype that I cant stand…
If you want to make millions !! go here now and buy my affiliate marketing ebook
Come on, its funny… ![]()
A year ago, I got started into internet marketing. Of course, we all know that there are just way too many sub niches to that industry. One being affiliate marketing. Even with AM, there are also many sub niches that people can get into and master. I started with the major style of the “clickbank craze”. This style was the one that was thrown in my face for a long time and I never really had much luck with it. I was making sales here and there but nothing ever really concrete. No matter all the damn ebooks or reports that I found, those mostly taught what wasn’t working anymore, hence making a ebook or free report. So attending many seminars and realizing that the “IM” or “MMO” industry was a lot of hype and I really didn’t want to work like that. You know, trying to come up with some new mmo idea or trying to rehash what was there and throwing some angle on it to sell. Personally, I didn’t want to do that.
Some Types ( in a non-specific way of saying…)
So we have affiliate marketing that you do from making review sites on blogs or lens, building a opt-in page to offer a OTO aff sell, creating your own product, building a list to email aff products etc…
Now I was attending Affiliate Incubator a while back and a speaker started talking about PPL, CPA, PPC etc… He spoke that this is the real AM and where bigger checks can be made from yada yada… I know that was hype talk but it did get my attention. That was my first introduction to ppc affiliate marketing. This was a whole other ball of wax that was completely different from what I was learning before. There were landing pages, learning ppc, finding offers from networks other than CB, or linkshare. This, to me, sounded like something that I wanted to get into. Although, my IM friends say that it is too complicated, cost a lot of money, takes up tons of time and it’s just better to find a niche, build your list and live happily ever after… ya whatever.
I’m stickin’ with this and will eventually make it work… I will probably be making a guide of some sort of the steps, tools and what not to do’s of this journey. If you want to stayed updated with me then subscribe by email to my RSS feed up top.
So now I am beginning this pcc affiliate marketing thing and of course I, like any other newb, have to start at ground zero. If you take a look at my blogroll you will see a few blogs that I do follow for guidance and answers. So from the beginning, I went ahead and started to apply to a few affiliate networks.
Which one to Join?
After a night or so reading around those blogs, also from wickedfire forum, I found several networks that were talked well about and some that were not. With not knowing much about any of the networks, I figure I need to just dive in and do the research myself and then go back to match up what others were saying. Besides all the other networks out there, like CB, pepperjam, linkshare, firelead, rocketprofit etc… I began with NeverblueAds and was accepted almost immediately. Talked with my affiliate manager a few times to see how the system worked and such and went on my way. If you are a shy person and don’t like talking to people, I suggest you learn fast because it is necessary to have good communication with your AM’s. Also for networking purposes too. So for a first experience, Neverblue’s system was very easy to understand and my AM was there all the time to answer questions.
My next network I went for was CXDigital (Inteleclick). When I first signed up with this network, I kept getting errors on their site and when I finally got my app through, a couple weeks went by and I never heard back. So, while reading uberaffiliate, Paul was offering his hook up with them and obviously getting some referrals out of it too. Whatever though, I was accepted a day later. Of course, just followed the same motions as i did with neverblue.
Market Leverage
Here is a company that is putting its name out there real fast. Just this past weekend, I received a “promo package” or care package if you will, from ML. It was very surprising for me because I just signed up with them and have not ran an offer yet. So for me that was cool and they do offer a good referral program of 5% for life plus they have the highest rewards program to of %1. Not bad ya’ll.

Also to note, that while you are waiting to be approved and what not, go and read the tutorials over at Google, MSN and Yahoo to learn how the systems work.. its what I am doing at the moment.
